We strive to get all orders out same day, if ordered before 2:00pm EST. We offer Free Shipping on all items, and ship most items on FedEx Ground. With multiple warehouses across the country most items are a 2 day transit time.

Bulk Orders

On orders of 12 wheels or more, customers must have a commercial address for bulk discount, or be willing to pick up pallet at local terminal.

Express Orders

On FedEx Express orders, Orders must be in by 1:00pm EST to give express delivery driver the 4 Hour window they require. Prices for express are displayed at checkout.

International Orders

We are happy to ship to our international customers. Just follow the checkout process and shipping fees will display at checkout with no obligation to purchase.

Returns

There will be a 20% restock fee on all returned items. Inbound and outbound freight is non-refundable. If you received free inbound freight that charge will be deducted from your credit. Full Details

I cant find the wheels I’m looking for?
We offer thousands of wheels and wheel accessories. If there is something specific you are looking for some specific, please email us or speak with one of us on our live chat, everyday 9am-5pm EST. We offer Accuride & Alcoa’s full wheel and accessory catalogs, including 12.25” & 14” wheels and Alcoa’s Hub & Lug Covers. We typically carry all these items, but possibly not in every warehouse. Please contact us to check inventory.

Do you offer quantity discount?
Yes. Many of the items we discount are listed on the product page. If you are in need of more than 24 pieces, we can offer a discount in addition to free shipping. Email us for a quote and we will reply, usually under 10 minutes.

Are the Wheels New or Used?
All of our wheels are new and straight from the manufacture, in original boxes. We do however have some wheels that have either been returned or are take-offs, these wheels will be explicitly be marked in both the Title and Description.

Can I pick the wheels up at your warehouse?
Unfortunately our warehouses are shared with other companies and operated by a third party and they do not allow this.

Do we offer COD as an option?
We do not offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option. Some delivery services do not offer this and the ones that do, charge a fee which our system is not set up to calculate.

What is the lead time?
Every item offered on our site can be shipped the same day, if ordered before 3pm. We are next day or 2 day to 90% of the US. Please review our transit times map to see where you fall.

Do we offer Next Day Air?
We do offer guaranteed next day air as an option, but to guarantee this service, orders must be placed before 12pm (noon) Eastern Standard Time. Ground service might be next day to you? If you would like to know if your shipping address is, please feel free to email us.

Do we offer International Shipping?
We do offer international shipping. If you require this service, please shoot us an email and we will provide you with a rate quote. Free Shipping on international shipments does not apply.
