xUpgrade your 1998–2004 Ford F350 Super Duty dual rear wheel truck with this complete 22x8.25 mirror polished forged aluminum wheel conversion kit. Designed specifically for F350 DRW models equipped with the factory 8x6.5 (8x165.1mm) bolt pattern, this system converts your original 8-lug setup to a commercial-grade 10x285.75mm hub-piloted configuration.
This conversion allows installation of true 22” forged aluminum semi-style wheels while maintaining proper load support, stability, and long-term durability.
These are true forged 22” wheels — not machined from 22.5” blanks. Each wheel is engineered and manufactured as a dedicated 22” forged wheel using high-strength 6061 aluminum for maximum structural integrity and performance. The mirror polished finish on both sides delivers a clean, aggressive, professional appearance.
The included precision-machined heavy-duty steel adapters convert the factory 8x6.5 bolt pattern to the modern 10x285.75 hub-pilot configuration for proper wheel mounting and load distribution.
